Welcome to our initiative called Providence & Beyond. We started this conversation in 2005 and will be continuing into 2010. Over the past 4 years we have showcased a number of thinkers, cafe conversations, and 'retrospective' gatherings to further your thinking, linking and doing about 'place making.' March Cafe - The Practice of Change has been postponed
But you can still participate in our call for papers:Wanted: Your Change Case for our white paper The content for the next Providence & Beyond learning cafe will come from real-world "change cases" in which P&B members participated. We need your suggestion or, better yet, submissions. The project or effort should have something to do with the local or regional economy. It could have succeeded or failed or done a little of both.
